NC Saraf, born in village Nohar of district Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. He started his career as Sales Tax Consultant and LIC Agent. His vision driven by his entrepreneurial craving starting with Shri Ganganagar Fertilizer Corporation led to rise of Saraf Family.
NC Saraf Foundation has been founded by his children, in memory of their late father Shri Nemchand Saraf.
NC Saraf Foundation has been formed as a Private Ltd. Company Under Section 8.

Dreams for the foundation are bigger. A beginning needs to be made and we chose our small first steps of spreading love from a village named Madheli in Vaghodia Taluka of Vadodara district.
NC Saraf foundation in co-operation with Saraf Foods Ltd. is adopting village Madheli. A plan for joint development with Madheli Gram Panchayat has been submitted to be done partially by Panchayat grant and partially by NC Saraf Foundation.
A beginning has been made by developing an area for common sitting as well as for celebrating occasions.
